HELPFUL HINTS

I added a mint leaf to my water today. I tore the leaf in half to release its essence. It was so refreshing!!!

I have found that my favorite drink is the Capuccino drink mix.  I shake 7 oz of cold water with 3-4 ice cubes made from leftover coffee (I used flavored coffee too), and add a sprinkle of Splenda. I have a Cook's mini blender that I use to mix it into a YUMMY coffee-flavored shake.

RECIPES

ONE OF MY FAVORITE RECIPES FOR A SUNDAY DINNER
Turkey en Papillote with Vegatables:

Season the turkey and baste with mustard. Cut aluminum into a 12" square. Add turkey, zucchini, mushrooms and Tomato and Basil sauce. Sprinkle with thyme and drizzle olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Close the foil to a hermetic square.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 375 degreees or until turkey is cooked and still juicy. Dissolve mustard powder in 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil and add salt. Cook the broccoli in this liquid.
